Welcome to Forest Haven Yoga!
Our mission is to offer yoga, wellness classes and community in a safe and welcoming environment, nurturing body, mind and spirit at every level. Come explore the benefits of yoga whether you are new to yoga or seasoned yogi.
Forest Haven Yoga currently offers three weekly classes and will be expanding to add
additional classes and teachers beginning March
2025.
Current Schedule
Monday
4 pm – Chair Yoga (60 minutes) $12 per class
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. This class is great for beginners, seniors, or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.
6 pm – Restorative Yoga (60 minutes) $12 per class
Restorative yoga, suitable for practitioners of all levels, is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. Using props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly. When your body enters a state of relaxation, your mind can also consciously relax as tension melts away.
Tuesday
5 pm – All Levels Vinyasa Flow (75 minutes) $15 per class
Vinyasa Flow emphasizes continuous movement and synchronization of breath and movement.
Until we have our website and registration system fully implemented, expected March 2025, payments for classes will be made prior to class. Additionally, all participants must sign a waiver prior to the first class taken. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for these tasks.
